SPECIAL EVENT - Four-hands dinner "Via Veneto x AlKostat del Mar"

On June 4, Alkostat del Mar will host an exclusive four-hands event between the historic Restaurant Via Veneto and Jordi Vilà's gastronomic universe. A unique dinner that will bring together tradition, elegance, and contemporary cuisine in a format designed to be savored at leisure.

To speak of Via Veneto is to speak of one of the great institutions of Spanish gastronomy. An absolute benchmark for fine dining in Barcelona and holder of one of the country's longest-standing and most respected Michelin stars, the restaurant continues to champion classic and timeless excellence under the direction of Pedro Monje and the culinary expertise of David Andrés.

Against this legendary backdrop, Jordi Vilà — Michelin-starred chef — brings a creative, Mediterranean perspective deeply connected to local produce and territory. At Alkostat del Mar, alongside Àlex López, he develops an offering that links cuisine, landscape, and dining by the sea.

The experience will begin with an aperitif at sunset on the terrace, accompanied by a selection of snacks and initial preparations designed to be enjoyed overlooking the Mediterranean. Afterwards, guests will move to the cloister for a four-hands paired dinner, where both teams will reinterpret their gastronomic universe in an exclusive menu created for the occasion.

Beyond the menu, it will be a night of encounter between two establishments with distinct personalities, two ways of understanding contemporary Catalan cuisine, and two teams united by respect for produce and technique.

And for those who wish to extend the experience, the evening can be complemented with a stay at the hotel, turning dinner into a gastronomic getaway by the sea.
